Where to stay in Wulai, Taiwan

Choosing where to stay in Wulai can be a little hard, even though the town is quite small and the number of places available to stay are limited, you still have lots of things to consider. Some of those things are;

  • In room hot spring
  • Scenic balcony views
  • Shuttle bus
  • Location
  • Availability of food

After our first visit to Wulai last week we already feel that we have a good grasp and understanding of the small town and where you should stay.

Beauty Garden Hotel

This is the place that we recently stayed at during our visit to Wulai. This place was great,it was not directly located in the city center and had great views and a great in room hot spring.

Another great thing about this hotel is that they offer a free shuttle bus to and from the hotel, and to and from local attractions. This quickly adds up to a lot of money if you do not have your own transportation, because in Wulai taxi fares are all set and quite expensive.

Sun Moon Bed& Breakfast

Even though we haven’t stayed here this would of probably been our second choice if the first was not available.

Hotspring World Wulai

Another great choice and just right across the street from the Beauty Garden Hotel is Hotspring World Wulai. This place looks really great and if we go back to Wulai we will try this place out. They also offer the free shuttle bus service.
